- “User” refers to any individual accessing the Platform under a Client account.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization (if applicable)
- you agree to these Terms
- you agree to the Privacy Policy
- you will comply with applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR and Swiss FADP)
3. Description of Services
Work Health Strategy provides professional services including but not limited to:
- occupational health consulting
- employee wellbeing programs
- EAP (Employee Assistance Programs)
- psychosocial risk assessments
- leadership and organizational health consulting
- workplace health analytics and reporting
The Company reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue Services at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- provide accurate and complete information
- maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- not misuse or interfere with the Platform
- ensure compliance within your organization
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared within the Services is treated as confidential.
The Company applies strict confidentiality standards consistent with occupational health and professional consulting practices.

- improve system performance
12. Termination

- Terms are violated
- misuse of Platform occurs
- legal or security risks arise
Clients may terminate use at any time according to contractual arrangements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without prejudice to mandatory EU data protection provisions where applicable.
